Rx: Yoga specializes in personalized wellness coaching with a focus on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, and social connections.  Infusing the ancient traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda give this program a unique, holistic health care perspective.  Learn tools to help regulate your life, adapt to new situations with ease, and build resiliency and vitality in order to find your way back home to yourself!

Yoga has two ways to aid in healing and transformation.  On the physical level, postures and breathing practices balance the nervous system.  Mentally, a yoga practice can aid in the positive adaptation of our thoughts and emotions through deep relaxation and meditation.

Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga.  It consists of the development of a daily routine, exercise, nutrition, and digestion.  The mind has the power the heal and transform the physical body!

 

Coaching Services

Rx: Yoga aims to provide you with a personalized prescription based on your specific goals. Are you looking to improve your health? Decrease medications? Alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms? Whatever your reason for consultation is, my goal is to provide you with the tools needed to spark transformation!

If you are local to Vienna, WV, sessions may be conducted in person and hosted at Full Circle Yoga!  Sessions may also be conducted via Skype/Zoom for those out of the area. 

Weight Loss Essentials

Wellness Coaching Session

Wellness coaching consultation and plan development using the 3 Wisdom Traditions grid. Intake consists of identifying aspects of imbalance and implements practices designed to aid in regulation, adaptability, and resiliency. Clients will receive a detailed plan on diet, exercise, and mindfulness practices based on health goals.
Investment: $55

Wellness Coaching Package

Package of 3, one hour coaching sessions. Investment: $125​

Coaching packages are tiered as shown below. Each levels consists of 3, one hour coaching sessions. Sample topics are shown below. Clients have 3 months to complete package sessions.

How To Schedule:

To schedule an in-person coaching session, please create a MINDBODY account for Full Circle Yoga.


Once your account is created and a payment method saved, contact me with your choice of coaching session package.  I will apply the session to your account and send you the intake form.  Once that is completed, sessions will be schedule.

About Natalie

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and Health Science. She completed a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. Natalie works in a primary care practice full time as a PA-C and is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Natalie completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Full Circle Yoga in November, 2016.  She has gone on to complete additional training in the 3 Wisdom Traditions wellness coaching program, is a Y12SR certified leader, and is working on a 500 hour yoga teacher training. She teaches several yoga classes a week and has created an Rx: Yoga series that integrates education of medical conditions and highlights how yoga can play a role in a treatment plan.
